Panchakarma

Five actions to cleanse, balance and renew

The programme

What is Panchakarma?

The word means “five actions”: five cleansing therapies that help the body let go of accumulated toxins (ama) and bring the doshas back into balance.

At Ayushakti, your programme starts with a pulse-reading consultation with a Vaidya (Ayurvedic doctor). The Vaidya plans the therapies for you. A programme usually combines warm oil massages, herbal steam, cleansing therapies, a light diet and herbal remedies, followed by advice to keep the results at home.

  • Personal pulse-reading consultation with an Ayushakti Vaidya
  • Programme planned for your body type and health
  • Daily treatments by trained therapists
  • Diet and herbal remedies to continue at home
